Product Description
The Intercom Activity Monitor is a software program to monitor and record all call activity and system events occurring within the Jacques 550-series Network Intercom System. The Jacques Intercom Activity Monitor is composed of three software components:
- Intercom Activity Monitor. This program passively monitors the internal communications between masters of the Jacques 550-series networked intercom system and records call activity and other events into the system database.
- Event Database. The database stores the event data generated by the activity monitor and provides search and filter functions for the report server.
- Intercom System Report Server. The report server selects data from the database and formats it for display in reports or export for processing by external applications.

- Logging of all call events from Jacques Intercom system, including:
- Time and date the call was placed
- Time and date the call was answered
- Time and date the call was terminated
- Identification of call originating, answering and terminating station
- Time interval between the call being placed and answering
- Duration of call
- Logging of other events and alarms
The features available with the Intercom System Report Server are:
- Multi-user access to the database through a Web browser
- User access control with multi-level permission rights and password protection
- Database search and filter functions, allowing events to be retrieved based on time and date range, type of events and identification of the call station
- Report generation and printing
- Exporting of data to Comma Separated Value (CSV) files
