Jacques is a well established leader in the design and manufacture of Integrated Communication Systems. The Jacques 650 Series Integrated Communications System uses Voice Over IP (VoIP) technology to create a fully digital networked intercommunications and public address (PA) system with control and monitoring functions.

Jacques is a wholly Australian owned company, made up of a team of highly innovative and proactive professionals. Since the company’s inception in 1980, Jacques has supplied extremely reliable, leading edge technology to major projects in the Government, Corrections, Commercial, Transport and Industrial markets. A significant amount of time and resources is allocated to Research and Development each year to enable us to refine and expand our product range to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
Our Products
Jacques products are well suited for any application where reliable, high quality voice communications are required. We use leading edge data communications over Ethernet networks allowing our systems to be very expandable with virtually an unlimited number of configuration options. Using existing Ethernet networks and one Ethernet cable for connection of each system component, provides a simple cost effective installation solution. Developed by our software team, a range of innovative options are available to compliment the product range.
Our Projects
Jacques continues to be involved in many interesting and prestigious large scale projects in Australia, the Middle East and South East Asia. Our professional intercom and public address systems are regularly installed in high rise buildings including lift cars, building access, security and emergency evacuation. Projects with a more secure focus include prisons, detention centres, courthouses, police stations and watch houses.
Jacques have completed a number of projects in the Transport Industry and have developed a Long Line Public Address and Help Point system for fixed infrastructure and onboard communication solutions. These projects include rail, bus, ships, motorways, tunnels, and airports.
Public Safety is another area where our products have widespread use. Our systems are installed in shopping centres, universities, schools, public parks, sporting complexes, and tourist venues.
