Jacques Direct Dial Intercom Stations are standalone units that connect to the public PSTN or mobile phone network, or a private PABX or telephone line. They are used in applications such as campus help point systems, carpark security systems, entrances to remote facilities.

The VDL Direct Dialling Intercom Series are panel mount hands-free intercoms with a PSTN or PABX telephone line interface. A number of call buttons or a keypad is used to dial pre-configured phone numbers. With two built-in relays controlled by DTMF from a remote telephone they are ideal for use with control boom gates, door locks or CCTV equipment.

The GSM Emergency Help Point Unit (HPU) is an extremely robust, IP-55 rated, user-friendly and reliable Help Point Station that automatically dials pre-configured phone numbers using its integrated GSM mobile phone network interface. Calls from the HPU can be answered from any PSTN telephone, mobile phone or PABX extension with direct inward dial support.
