If you require an item to be repaired or are requesting a technician for onsite commissioning you are required to complete the Online Jacques Job Service Form.
Once you have filled out the Online Form we will then have all the necessary information to quickly and efficiently process your service request.
Please ensure you also fill out the section for your Purchase Order number for the required work. Job Request Forms sent without a PO will delay Jacques support.
