Jacques have an established reputation of advanced monitoring systems – well suited for environments with contact and non-contact visitor areas. The ability to covertly listen-in on conversations via a designated PC master station, provides security personnel with more control over each visitor booth.

With the handset and handsfree options available for Jacques non-contact visit system, prisons have the flexibility to manage both types of booths in the same location. Jacques have successfully installed 10 handset intercoms for a prison in Brunei. This was designed specifically for the NCV area of the prison, where visitors may communicate with prisoners with no physical contact.  The recording device installed at this site allows security staff to record conversations on demand, with the ability to playback at any given time.
