VIEW CAMERA STREAMS

Video streams from third party IP CCTV cameras can be selected and viewed live and on-demand at our Video Monitor Station or PC Master Station, ensuring complete audio video understanding of a caller. Ward entrances can be managed by ward staff whereby access is controlled by video entrance door intercom stations. Callers at ward entrances are seen and heard on nurse stations where access can be granted by triggering a door release relay.

Theatre communication

Operating theatre staffs require access to communication, in often, time critical situations. The Jacques Clean Room Intercom features a completely smooth front panel with an antimicrobial membrane which inhibits the growth of bacteria while allowing for easy cleaning. The terminal has been purposefully engineered to provide simplified, hands free calling from within these clean environments ensuring doctors and nurses can contact additional health professionals if and when required.

HELP & INFORMATION POINTS

Car parking at hospitals can be costly and time consuming. Intercom Help Point Units found alongside ticketing machines and boom gates make car parks hassle free with user-friendly, advanced technology. Car park users can communicate with ease and convenience knowing that help and assistance is readily available from audio and video intercom stations and general information or emergency calls are accessible at the help point units.

PRIORITISING CALLS

Priority calling is the identification and priortization of calls (to master stations) from a predetermined, important, high risk or danger areas. Priority calls automatically jump any lower priority calls at master stations so they can be answered with urgency. Jacques offers 256 priority call levels.

Higher call priority levels are often set in correctional facilities in areas such as maximum security, solitary confinement or the medical wing. Therefore, calls from such locations can be answered at master stations quickly, as they automatically jump any calls waiting in the call queue.

CLEANROOM INTERCOM

Jacques Cleanroom Intercom has been specifically designed to use within HOSPITAL THEATRES. The intercom features an ANTIMICROBIAL and chemical resistant surface membrane for EASY CLEANING, to improve hygiene and reduce the risk of spreading infection. The outer membrane inhibits the growth of potentially harmful bacteria, mould and mildew.

Hospitals are large sites made up of potentially hundreds of employees and thousands of patients and visitors, all of which are spread out over a large range of departments contained within hospital grounds. With a site of this size effective communication can be difficult to achieve. With the Jacques IP Communications System each department, including car parks, admissions, emergency, theatre and patient care, can all be connected through audio and video intercoms, clean room intercoms, public address and third party CCTV. LABORATORIES

The health sector relies heavily on the work done in laboratories. Lab work is relied on for accurate and timely patient information and test results. Through our intercom system, PA system as well as our system’s integration with CCTV staff are able to be granted access to laboratories via entering a PIN or through remote door activation once an ID has been displayed via the camera at the entrance station.
