Communicate warning and evacuations audibly via fixed or mobile devices ensuring a flexible response to a threat or event. Customize audio files including songs for each event to ensure staff and students know the response procedure.

MASS NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

Jacques Mass Notification System (MNS) application facilitates mass text notifications to contacts based on events within the Jacques system. Within a school this feature can be used if an emergency warning button is pressed (physical or soft button) an associated text message can be instantly sent to school staff providing another way to notify in an emergency. Furthermore, email & browser notifications can be triggered using the same MNS application, configured with content or instructions based on the event trigger.

VIVI INTEGRATION

A new level for emergency messaging in schools with seamless graphic screen display and audio alerts for emergency situations.

The integration allows Jacques school system to trigger messages to Vivi emergency screens when an emergency button is alarmed. Visual display and audio messaging work in together in emergency situations.

SIP TELEPHONY INTEGRATION

Integration between the Jacques PA system & SIP allows schools with a digital telephone system to utilise these endpoints to make public address announcements. Users can dial PA zones to make live announcements from anywhere in the school. Dialling zones can be secured by a pin code to negate student usage.

PA MASTER CONTROL

Master stations in the system allow users to make live public address announcements, trigger pre-recorded announcements as well as make/receive intercom calls. Added benefit of maps & emergency messages exist in PC Master station. There is a PA master station suitable for your school requirements.

EMERGENCY & EVACUATION PANELS

Emergency response panels for quick activation in case of an event. Button configuration allows for pre-defined audio to play to defined public address zones. Buttons can be etched to identify the emergency response type. Buttons require a twist-to-turn-off action to stop the activation. Ideal usage for fire alarm, evacuation or school bell.

IP PoE network clocks added to the communication system are synchronised with the network time via NTP. If your school is in timezone where there is daylight saving time adjustments, this is automatic and requires no physical labour to adjust classroom clocks.
