Configurable relay modules exist on intercom terminals & help point units to activate external equipment – control doors, boom gates, lights or signal CCTV camera presets.

WARNING & EVACUATION PA

The PA system offers PA zoning, meaning a factory or industrial site can create a PA zone for each area of a site. Security administration can then easily broadcast evacuation tones, warning alarms as well as live or pre-recorded announcements to one, multiple or all PA zones.

Furthermore, evacuation or emergency warning messages can be easily triggered at the touch of a button – physical or software devices.

Configurable relay’s onboard intercom terminals can be used to open boom gates or provide door access following a call to security. Configuration options for relays are endless using the power our Event Controller software module. Additionally, our IP communication solution integrates with many leading access control providers ensuring complete security for door & building access and perimeter fencing.

PRIORITISING CALLS

Priority calling is the identification and priortization of calls (to master stations) from a predetermined, important, high risk or danger areas. Priority calls automatically jump any lower priority calls at master stations so they can be answered with urgency. Jacques offers 256 priority call levels.

Higher call priority levels are often set in correctional facilities in areas such as maximum security, solitary confinement or the medical wing. Therefore, calls from such locations can be answered at master stations quickly, as they automatically jump any calls waiting in the call queue.

Defense

Access intercom terminals allow admittance to authorised persons to secured areas, gates, doors and social areas following communication via intercom to a control room, where access can be granted. With the Jacques PA system communicating to all personnel on base is made easy, via alarms, tones, and both live and pre-recorded announcements. The safety within the defense site is further enhanced with intercom and public address functionality being capable of full integration to access control, CCTV and building and security management systems.

Factories

Ensuring the security of goods and machinery is made simple with vandal and weather resistant intercoms which provide protection against intruders and manage access to secure areas, gates or doors for authorised persons. The security for employees is further advanced with the opportunity to make announcements, emergency warnings or alerts to the entire facility through the Public Address system.
