IP VIDEO INTERCOM SYSTEM

The Jacques IP Video Intercom System sets the standard for style and functionality utilising true IP technology. Video intercom terminals, feature high resolution imagery, allow for seamless calling to entrance and monitor stations within our integrated IP communication system. As a part of the IP Communications System (650 series), it seamlessly integrates with our audio intercom, help point, and public address systems. as well as various third-party systems, including CCTV, building and security management, digital telephony, and access control systems. IP PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM

IP HELP POINT SYSTEM

Jacques range of Help Point Units (HPUs) are user-friendly, reliable, robust IP call points, specifically designed for environments where public safety is important. As a subsystem of the IP Communications System (650 series) our IP HPU system can be expanded to include products from our audio and video intercom or public address systems.

HPU’s offer simple calling should help or assistance be required. Available with emergency or dual emergency and information buttons, the units are ideally suited to public safety applications where assistance may be required in addition to emergency calling. On board configurable relays can be utilised to control lighting, duress alarms, CCTV or gate controls common within public safety and transport environments.

Help Point Units can easily be integrated into existing, shared or dedicated networks and connect directly into any Ethernet port. Units can automatically dial any master station on the network or be directed to a SIP enabled device/telephone system.

IP VISIT SYSTEMS

NON-CONTACT VISIT

Jacques Non-Contact Visits System (NCV) allows prison visitors to communicate with individual inmates with no physical contact. Separated by a glass or perspex barrier, visitors and inmates can communicate using a pair of intercom terminals (hands-free or handset options available) on either side, without physical contact. The system simultaneously records all conversations between visitors, inmates and operators.

Communication over intercom booth pairs are supervised using the Non-Contact Visits System graphical user interface (GUI) ensuring ultimate call control and flexibility. The NCV GUI also facilitates group or single endpoint public address announcements, intrusion and instant playback of recorded audio files and call monitoring from any master station within the network, ensuring a cooperative prisoner visiting environment.

CONTACT VISIT

The Jacques Contact Visit Systems allows for the covert monitoring of prisoner communication discretely from within a communal area. In prisoner communal seating areas such as the mess hall or in public and prisoner meeting rooms (allowing contact) monitoring, intruding in on and the recording of conversations between parties may be required. Often covert monitoring devices are concealed within each table and perform ‘listening’ functions.

Management of the CV system is via a dedicated Contact Visits system Graphical User Interface (CV GUI) and is used by the supervising authority to perform various covert monitoring functions including monitoring/listening.

The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) requires that people with disabilities should have access to any building that the public is entitled to enter and use, and have access to any services and facilities provided in those buildings.
